Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to return it, with no need to give a reason, in accordance with European Union consumer protection regulations.

Return conditions

• The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
• Please include proof of purchase if possible.

Who pays for return shipping

If you're returning the product because you changed your mind (withdrawal), the cost of return shipping is your responsibility, as established by European regulations. If the reason is our fault — damaged, defective or incorrect item — we cover the full cost, shipping included.

How to return your order

Write to us at info@zolveria.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm the next steps and the return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll process the refund to the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 days.

Defective or incorrect product
